Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Time Frame

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We accept refunds or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage or issue.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund.


3. Return Process

To file a return request:

  2. Share your order number, product pictures, and a short explanation of the issue.

  3. Once your claim is reviewed, we will send you the return instructions.

Return shipping costs:

  • If the product is defective or wrong, we cover the return shipping.

  • If the customer wishes to return for any other reason, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.


4. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery issues

  • Products without original packaging

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)
