Customized Phone Case – Return Policy

At our store, every customized phone case is specially made according to the customer's design, name, image, or request. Because these products are personalized and created specifically for each order, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been processed.

Please make sure that all details, including design, spelling, images, and phone model, are correct before placing your order.

We only accept replacements in the following cases:

• If the product arrives damaged

• If the wrong phone model was sent by our team

• If there is a manufacturing defect

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the issue.
